Meet Lena Stewart
Lena Stewart has more than 20 years of experience in accounting operations, financial administration, and business support. Her background includes bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, billing, reconciliations, financial reporting support, contract administration, and organizational leadership across nonprofit, private-sector, government-contracting, hospitality, financial-services, and higher-education environments.
As Director of Client Services, Lena leads the firm’s day-to-day client relationships and service delivery. She is passionate about helping business owners maintain accurate financial records, understand the story behind their numbers, and feel better prepared to make informed business decisions.
Known for her calm, approachable style, Lena believes bookkeeping should provide more than completed transactions and reports. It should give business owners clarity, consistency, and a trusted partnership they can depend on as their businesses grow.

Carl Stewart is a retired United States Navy veteran who served his country for 30 years. His distinguished military career developed the leadership, discipline, sound judgment, and commitment to excellence that he now brings to Alvadette Stewart & Co.
As Strategic Advisor, Carl provides executive guidance and behind-the-scenes support for the firm’s direction, operations, and long-term development. His steady perspective helps ensure that the company remains focused on its values, responsibilities, and commitment to serving clients with professionalism and integrity.
Carl’s leadership experience and service-minded approach complement Lena’s financial and client-service expertise. Together, they are building Alvadette Stewart & Co. as a trusted, relationship-centered firm where business is personal.
